Beginning Monday, July 13, patients with appointments at:

• Fremont Family Physicians
• Specialty Clinic
• Northside Clinic

may receive a secure text message before their appointment that allows them to check in from their mobile phone before arriving.

To participate, simply make sure we have your current mobile phone number on file.

Mobile Check-In is optional. If you prefer to check in at the front desk, our team will be happy to assist you as always. You may also opt out of text messages at any time.
