Maintenance and Construction Supervisor - Roads:
Full-time position
$5,238.21 - $6,367.10 monthly

There is currently one (1) Full-time vacancy in the Maintenance and Construction Supervisor/ Roads of the Public Works Department.

DEFINITION 
To coordinate, supervise and participate in the work of crews engaged in the construction, maintenance and repair of County roads, culverts and related structures in assigned geographical area; may supervise a brushing crew engaged in the maintenance, care, removal of trees along roadways and right-of-ways; to order and maintain adequate inventory of parts, materials and supplies; to maintain accurate logs, records and reports; and to perform related duties and responsibilities as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:
Four years of experience in the maintenance and construction of roads, at least one year of which was in a lead capacity. A copy of your resume detailing your experience must be attached to ypur application.

Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 

Additional Requirements:
Possession of a valid California Class “A” driver’s license.  Under certain circumstances, the Human Resources Director may accept a valid driver’s license from another State if applicant acknowledges his/her intent to acquire a California driver’s license within three months by signing an acknowledgement form. A copy of your Class 'A" driver's license must be attached to your application.
