April 27, 2024 - On Friday, Mariposa County Unified School District released a Staff Annoucement for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Dear MCUSD Staff, Students, and Community,

It is with great pleasure to announce our new High School and Middle School Athletic Director, Ryan Ballinger. As an alumnus of Mariposa County Unified, Mr. Ballinger brings his background in education with many years of teaching in the classroom and administrative roles within our district.

With his educational background in Physical Education, a Masters in Kinesiology, and various coaching experiences in various levels and multiple sports he will bring a fresh outlook to managing our athletic programs.

Mr. Ballinger is eager to promote our athletic programs for our High School and Middle School sports in the upcoming school year.

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Ballinger to his new role with the Mariposa County Unified School District.
