September 27, 2022 - Editor, I’m writing to wholeheartedly endorse Robert “Bob” Morse for election to the Mariposa County Unified School District Board of Trustees, District 3.

Having been appointed and then elected to the school board in the late 1990s, I know the hard work necessary to be a school board member. Bob most definitely is up to the task. He is more than able to tackle those duties.

Bob is great with the kids and staff at Sierra Foothill Charter School in Catheys Valley.

Bob also truly cares about the goings on district-wide. He listens and works to find safe, well thought out conclusions to any issue.

He also attends graduations, award ceremonies, and ball games. He is where our kids are, and he listens to parents as well as school district employees. Bob gets the whole story so he can make informed decisions.

Bob would be an asset to the school board representing the entire district.

We will be voting for Robert “Bob” Morse for school board this coming election. I hope he has your support as well.
