September 28, 2022 - Among the things I learned in working with Suzette to pass the Citizens' Initiative in Mariposa County, are the great importance of leadership, planning and passion.

As many Mariposans discovered, Suzette has the ability to listen carefully, plan with a purpose, and help others to gain the understanding and commitment to the needs of our neighbors. Perhaps most importantly, she has a keen understanding, after years of experience, in the financial aspects of the District: those years counting beans (accounting), Human Resources and business management, it is hard to imagine a better prepared Board member. We cannot afford to have folks learn on the job: the next few years are going to be a critical time for JCF, and a steady experienced heart and mind are what is needed.

We voted to tax ourselves (and those tourists!) because we understand the immense value of JCF. Please join me in voting for Suzette Prue for our Healthcare District to help oversee our investment.
