October 26, 2022 - I will be voting for Robert “Bob” Morse on my mail in ballot on November 8. With his admirable and extensive volunteer work and leadership of large departments, Morse has the right qualifications to lead our county school district. He has made a passion of education, and it shows. The letters of support from diverse parents, community leaders, former co-workers and supervisors highlighting the many projects he has helped bring to completion for Mariposa families all demonstrate good character and his ability to get things done. On Facebook, there was even a handwritten letter from a child thanking “Mr. Bob” for being nice and helpful during his bus rides. What an endorsement.

One of the more compelling qualities that make Morse a great choice for School Board is that he absolutely centers children and families in his work. He cares, is serious about this work, and understands the weight of this responsibility. It is a rare opportunity these days to have a candidate with exemplary qualifications, know-how to cut through red tape, and true kindness. Let’s take advantage of this opportunity.
