Chief Financial Officer:

Full time, Exempt Employee.

Under general direction of the Tribal Council, to perform complex, difficult, fiduciary, professional, and managerial accounting and general fiscal management.  Five years of prior public or not-for-profit fund accounting experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity or eight years of prior general accounting experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity. Experience must demonstrate comprehension and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field or a certification in grants management and/or training courses in accounting, grants management, and federal audit and administrative requirements sufficient to provide the breadth and depth of knowledge necessary to manage federal awards and report on them.

Salary:  $58,562 - $91,255 (DOE).

ICWA Representative:

Full time, Non-exempt Employee.

Responsible, under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, for all activities of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Program and general Child Social Welfare issues related to the Tribe’s social welfare programs.  Duties include networking and collaboration with appropriate agencies to provide appropriate support services to ICWA clients.  In depth knowledge of Federal and State ICWA and related legislative documents/requirements is a must.  Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Political Science and four (4) years directly related experience; or Six (6) years experience in a directly related field with emphasis on Social Work, Psychology or Political Science; or a combination of education, training, and directly related experience. 

Salary:  $39,179 - $56,406 (DOE).

HR Manager:

Full time, Non-exempt Employee. 

Under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) performs a high level of complex and confidential personnel functions.  Collaterally oversees the day to day administrative operations of the government office and creates, recommends and ensures efficient and effective personnel and office procedures.  Other duties include:  administration of security systems for all NFR facilities; assisting with management of grants; overseeing the entire recruitment cycle in coordination with Hiring Managers and Tribal Council; and recommending updates to NFR Personnel Policies & Procedures and the Administrative Department Procedural Manual. 

Salary range: $39,570 to $56,907 (DOE).
