June 6, 2021 - Merced – The Merced Police Department reports on June 5th, Andrew Birge (23), Domanic Hoge (28), and Joseph Dehart (52) were arrested for commercial burglary and conspiracy.

At 5:11 A.M., Merced Police officers responded to a burglary in progress at Merced County Office of Education at 2120 Cooper Ave. Officers surrounded the location and apprehended all three individuals in the act of committing commercial burglary.

According to a witness, all three acted together to gain access to a fenced property to force entry into locked trailer units. The crime was reported to police through the means of a live feed surveillance system.

Birge, Hoge, and Dehart were arrested for commercial burglary and conspiracy. They were booked into custody at the Merced County Jail.
