May 6, 2023 - El Dorado County Sheriff's Office officials report that after thorough investigation, our resident deputy #40S recently recovered stolen property! While conducting an investigation, the deputy followed up at the suspect's residence to obtain a statement, and in the process, located a stolen Bobcat worth $80,000 that was reported missing from Modesto. But that's not all!

He also found a stolen Seadoo valued at $18,000 that was reported missing from South Lake Tahoe. Thanks to the deputy's diligent efforts, these items were recovered, the rightful owners were notified, and the suspect was arrested.
