Foot Pursuit, Felon, & Firearm
November 28, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, officers were conducting a proactive patrol in the area of 14th St. and Massachusetts Ave. when they noticed a suspect committing multiple violations.
As they tried to approach the suspect, he ran away, leading officers in a foot pursuit. After a brief pursuit, officers took the suspect into custody. Through further investigation, officers located a discarded firearm.
The suspect was arrested on felony charges, and the firearm was recovered.
