February 13, 2026 – San Diego Police Department officials are asking for the public’s help in locating 67-year-old Hector Palacios Mazon, who was reported missing on February 12, 2026.

He was last seen around 11:30 a.m. in the area of 2400 Roll Drive in Otay Mesa and is considered at risk. Mazon is a Hispanic male with a gray beard, gray hair, and brown eyes, standing approximately 5’10” tall, and weighing about 160 lbs.

He was last seen with a wooden cane, wearing a blue and black checkered jacket, blue jeans, black boots, a gray Fedora hat, and eyeglasses. Anyone with information is asked to contact SDPD at (619) 531-2000 and reference case number #26500136.
