At-Risk Missing Minor 

February 23, 2026 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials are seeking the public’s help locating missing at-risk minor Edwin Whittington, 15 years old, 5’8” tall, approximately 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark T-shirt, light-colored pants, and black shoes.

He was last known to be near 10300 block of Fiske Court in Rancho Cordova at approximately 7:15 P.M. He is believed to have left in a vehicle, though the vehicle is unknown.

Edwin is considered at risk due to circumstances involving a possible parental abduction.
