February 24, 2026 – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that on Monday, LAPD Police Chief McDonnell announced the arrest of predator who targeted, manipulated, and exploited a 13-year-old female victim.

Because of the extraordinary work of the Joint Terrorism Task Force — including federal, state, and county partners — the child victim is now safe and the predator who harmed her is in custody.

This arrest is another example of the exceptional law enforcement partnership here in Los Angeles, and the LAPD is proud of the JTTF’s relentless commitment to keeping this region safe.

If you target children… if you exploit them… if you hide behind a screen believing anonymity will protect you — we will find you. We will hold you accountable. And we will not stop.
