March 25, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Homicide Bureau is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects responsible for the murder of 48-year-old Marvin Randolph. A $10,000 reward, approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, has been offered for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of those responsible for Randolph’s murder.
On April 5, 2025, at approximately 2:17 p.m., deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded to reports of multiple gunshot victims at 11001 South Manhattan Place, located at the northwest corner of Manhattan Place and Lohengrin Street, in the unincorporated area of South Los Angeles.
When deputies arrived at the location, they discovered Marvin Randolph and several additional victims inside a garage. All the victims had sustained gunshot wounds. Randolph suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso. Tragically Randolph died at the scene.
During Tuesday’s press conference, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau investigators shared details of a fatal shooting that occurred on April 5, 2025, in unincorporated South Los Angeles.
Deputies responded to the 11000 block of South Manhattan Place, where Marvin Randolph and multiple victims were found suffering from gunshot wounds inside a garage. Randolph was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Investigators determined the shooting occurred during a birthday gathering when suspects exited a vehicle, opened fire, and fled. The suspect vehicle was later recovered nearby. While the incident may be gang-related, Randolph is believed to be an innocent victim.
A $10,000 reward is being offered by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
