March 26, 2026 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on January 13, 2026, deputies assigned to Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station began an investigation into the sexual assault of a minor. Based on the allegations, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit responded and assumed the investigation.

During the investigation, the suspect was identified as Frank Juarez, a 31-year-old resident of Jurupa Valley. As the investigation progressed, it was discovered that Juarez was temporarily residing in Galt, California. An arrest warrant was issued for Frank Juarez, and members of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Special Victims Unit traveled to Galt, California, to continue the investigation.

On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, with the assistance of California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation personnel and the Galt Police Department, Frank Juarez was located in the 9000 block of Twin Cities Road, Galt, where he was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Galt Police Station. Juarez was later booked into the Sacramento County Jail on multiple felony sexual assault charges and is awaiting extradition back to Riverside County.
