Another Pimping Arrest 

April 12, 2026 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, officers responded to a welfare check in the 500 block of West 14th Street. It was reported a female victim was being held hostage by an armed male, who was believed to be a pimp.

After collecting critical information, officers determined that the victim was being trafficked by a suspect who was with another male. As the officers approached the residence, they were detained as they exited. Believing the victim was still inside the apartment they made entry to ensure her safety. She was safely located and two others were detained inside.

Officers learned that a firearm was tossed out of the 2nd story window. Two suspects were taken into custody on felony charges, and the handgun was recovered.
