At-Risk Missing Person 

April 30, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officials report that the Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Jessie Ray Kalinowski AKA “Jess”. Mr. Kalinowski was last seen on March 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m., on the 11300 block of Wilshire Boulevard, in the unincorporated county area of Los Angeles.

Mr. Kalinowski (pictured below in 2011) is described as an 83-year-old White male adult, 5’5”, 225 lbs., bald, blue eyes and wears corrective lenses (glasses).  His last known clothing is unknown.

Mr. Kalinowski has medical conditions and his family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
