Missing At-Risk Juvenile
May 1, 2026 – Yuba City Police Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help in locating an at-risk 
missing 11-year-old juvenile Sincere Daan.
Sincere was last seen in the area of Clark Avenue and Forbes Avenue in Yuba City on the afternoon of April 30th shortly before 6:00 p.m. and was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Sincere’s current whereabouts are unknown, and we are working to locate her to ensure her safety and well-being.
