At-Risk Missing Person 

June 1, 2026 – Sutter County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 23-year-old Jalani Bluett. Jalani is considered at risk due to a diagnosis and vulnerabilities.

Jalani was last seen on May 30th at approximately 4:30 P.M. near McDonald’s on Harter Parkway in Yuba City.

Description:

• 6’2” tall
• 135 lbs.
• Teal hair color
• Last seen wearing black pants, gray shirt, and a blue McDonald’s hat
• Identifying features include a left eyebrow piercing, left nostril piercing, and a mole on his right cheek
