Learn How to Protect Yourself 

June 8, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that in collaboration with several other County agencies, is partnering with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors to host a free educational event is focused on protecting older adults from scams, fraud, and financial exploitation.

This event will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Hacienda Heights Community Center located at 1234 Valencia Avenue in Hacienda Heights.

The event will be presented in English, with translation services available in Mandarin and Spanish.
