Organized Retail Theft Operation 

July 17, 2026 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on Thursday, July 16, 2026, deputies assigned to the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station and the Eastvale Special Enforcement Team, in collaboration with store Loss Prevention personnel, conducted a retail theft operation in the 12400 block of Limonite Avenue, in the city of Eastvale. The operation was designed to proactively address retail theft and ensure the safety and well-being of both businesses and shoppers in the area. Throughout the operation, several individuals were observed stealing merchandise. Each suspect was apprehended and arrested without incident and later booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.

The following is a list of persons arrested during the operation:

• Anderson Torres-Chavarria, 24-year-old resident of Canoga Park, was arrested for petty theft.
• Dennis Joao Sangoquisa-Calapucha, 27-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was arrested for petty theft.
• Kent Ma, 60-year-old resident of Pasadena, arrested for petty theft.
• Adriana SantaMaria, 58-year-old resident of Norco, arrested for petty theft.
• Dulce Maria Melendez-Garcia, 34-year-old resident of Riverside, was arrested for petty theft and possession of a controlled substance.
• Freddy Perez-Valdez, 37-year-old resident of Norco, arrested for petty theft, possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
• Briana Kyshaun Lloyd, 41-year-old resident of North Las Vegas, was arrested for vandalism, trespassing and attempted fraud.

This effort highlights the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and the city of Eastvale’s continued commitment to addressing theft-related crimes that impact our local businesses and community.

Retail theft operations like this are supported by legislative efforts such as Proposition 36 and are critical in addressing repeat offenders and deterring organized retail crime. It’s important to note that individuals who commit retail theft are subject to arrest and prosecution.
