Silver Alert Issued for Missing 94-Year-Old Man 

August 19, 2026 – Los Angeles, CA – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that the family and friends of Vernon Webb, along with the Los Angeles Police Department, are seeking the public’s help in locating him.

On August 17, 2026, around 1:00 p.m., 94-year-old Vernon Webb was last seen near the 18000 block of Roscoe Boulevard in the city of Northridge. Mr. Webb suffers from early dementia, and his family is concerned for his safety.

Mr. Webb is described as Black male, bald and has brown eyes. He stands about 5 feet and 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He is known to wear a hat.
