At-Risk Missing Person
August 24, 2026 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are seeking the public’s help locating at-
risk missing person Bailey Marshi, 23 years old, 4’10” tall, approximately 85 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan shirt, blue shorts, and tan Birkenstocks.
Bailey was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. near Main Avenue and Tilton Lane in Orangevale.
Bailey is considered at-risk due to having a developmental disability and having the cognitive functioning of about a 10-year-old child.
