September 25, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that detectives from the Homicide Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance regarding a homicide investigation. The incident occurred on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at approximately 12:25 A.M., on the 14100 block of Shoemaker Avenue in the city of Norwalk.

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Erick Velasco Rodriguez. He is possibly driving a silver 2020 Honda Civic, CA license plate #9EMS438.
