Down River areas reduction in status: Salyer and Hawkins Bar reduced out of Evacuation Warning at 6:00 P.M.
Effective Immediately
- Hawkins Bar/ Trinity Village
All areas along SR 299 both north and south of the Highway in the area of Hawkins Bar between Grays Falls west to the Francis B Matthews Rest Area are reduced out of an Evacuation Warning. This includes all of Trinity Village and residences along Denny Road to Zeigler Point Road.
Still under an Evacuation Warning is the area of Denny Road east from Ziegler Point Road thru Denny to the wilderness boundary.
Salyer
All areas along SR 299 west of the Francis B Matthews Rest Area to the Trinity County Line are reduced out of an Evacuation Warning. This includes all of Salyer both north and south of the highway.
Still under an Evacuation Warning is the section of Campbell Ridge Road and Woods Lane, near the Trinity River along the Humboldt/Trinity County Line.
Down River Corridor along SR 299
The Down River Corridor of SR 299, which includes Big Flat, Big Bar and Del Loma are reduced out of an Evacuation Warning.
Still under an Evacuation Warning is Canyon Creek Road in Junction City.
Still under an Evacuation Order is Helena/ East Fork Road, Hobo Gulch Road, Big Mountain Road, and Big French Creek Road.

Evacuation Changes to Fully Open - Effective Immediately for South Zone Communities at 9:00 A.M.
September 5, 2021 - All evacuation orders and warnings, south and east of the Monument Fire Zone Break- Nine Mile Bridge to SR 299 and Valdor Road have been lifted and are no longer in effect.
Be aware the Shasta Trinity National Forest has closed all areas within its boundary, including National Forest Roads to public use.
The public needs to be aware there is still a concern for residual fire activity in these areas. Fire apparatus and crews will be observed in the area for several days or weeks. Fire activity can change rapidly and the public needs to be vigilant and be ready to move in case the Evacuation Status in the area changes.
