As I begin my new career as Supervisor-elect of District 3 I have many thanks to give. To my wife and family I thank you for all of your support and tolerance of a political campaign. The members of my campaign committee who are the finest people that I have ever had the opportunity to work with and the donors that kept the campaign going with donations of money and time. I thank you as I couldn’t have done it without all of your creativity, work and support. To the voters and residents of District 3, thank you for telling me your opinions about the issues facing Mariposa County and District 3 and allowing me to visit you at your homes. Without your voice, votes and support none of this would be as it is. A special thanks to Supervisor Janet Bibby for your love and commitment to Mariposa County and her people. You are a hard act to follow. You have been there for any and all questions and your assistance in the transition is greatly appreciated. It is my hope that you will stay involved in the county as you will be a great asset to all of us. May you and Joel and your family be happy and successful in all of your endeavors.
