October 11, 2018 - As a retired Mariposa teacher of many years, I am happy to endorse Judy Eppler for the Mariposa school board.  I worked with Judy over the years as a parent and a teacher in various capacities, and always found her to be a conscientious professional.  Judy has integrity, strong leadership capabilities, a willingness to listen, and an approachable demeanor.  One of the most important assets Judy has is her immense wealth of information she has gathered over the years from the numerous hats she has worn with the school district.  This knowledge has given her a wide scope of experience to apply when tough decisions need to be made on the school board.  

Judy is a contributing member of our community, from taking a leadership role with the Kids First Foundation with fundraising, so a Mariposa teacher can have the something extra to enhance their teaching in the classroom, to being active with AAUW and helping with Manna House.  Judy continues to stay currant on the many changes that happen in education from year to year, giving her insight on issues for the future.
