1.     Consideration of entering into an Agreement with Wood Rodgers, in the amount of $15,000.00, for assistance in the development of the Letter of Intent (LOI) to initiate the System-Wide Improvement (SWIF) to regain eligibility in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Public Law 84-99 Program, and authorize the Chairman to sign.

1.              Discussion and consideration to adopt a Resolution approving Agreement No. 19-WC-20-5345, for the Purchase of Unreleased Restoration Flows (URF) from the Bureau of Reclamation and authorizing the Chairman of the Board to execute the URF Agreement and providing for further authorization.

2.              Discussion and consideration of entering into an Agreement (Agreement No. 19-WC-20-5345) with the United States Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation, for sale of unreleased restoration flows, and authorize the Chairman to sign.
