December 13, 2024 – Fresno County Sheriff's Office officials report that they need the public’s help to locate 31-year-old Vincent Michael Garcia. He is a registered sex offender who has not registered his new address with law enforcement, which is a requirement under the law.

His last known address was in Fresno’s Mayfair District.

Garcia is described as 5’7”, 155 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo under his right eye of the number "93."
