April 18, 2025 – Mariposa County Health & Human Services officials announce the Public Health Branch is proud to announce the completion of the 2025 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)!

The CHIP is a collaborative plan that selects areas of focus based upon the results of the Community Health Assessment (CHA). The selection of areas of focus is done by a multi-disciplinary group of Mariposa County community-based, healthcare, and governmental organizations. This plan outlines specific activities to be conducted with the ultimate goal of improving the health of our community. 

The implementation of the CHIP has already begun, and activities are in progress!
