Tulare County Sheriff Adds Five Fugitives to Top 10 

April 19, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials announce five fugitives added to top 10 most wanted list.

Our County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) have added five new fugitives to the Sheriff’s Top 10:

  • Reynaldo Lopez Ortiz, 47, of Visalia is wanted for assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, felony assault on officers, brandishing a firearm, and felony hit and run.
  • Dustin Smith, 44, of Exeter and Visalia, is wanted for vehicle theft, assault on officers, possession of stolen property, and drug offenses.
  • Omar Gutierrez Izazaga, 34, of Earlimart, is wanted for armed robbery.
  • Jenica Jannette Sepulveda, 38, of Visalia and Tulare, is wanted for theft, forgery, drug offenses, and conspiracy. 
  • Hannah Ferreira, 28, of Visalia, is wanted for identity theft and violating probation.
