UPDATE: Shooting During Verbal Argument 

April 21, 2025 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that 22-year-old Richard Garcia was pronounced dead at KDMC after being shot twice at a house party in the 31700 block of Road 148 in Visalia.

This is currently an ongoing investigation.
