Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) November payments by Friday. $5 Biilion of the $8 Billion has been paid for November. This order is over the $3 Billion to pay full benefits for November.
Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's order is a 48 Hour order as the case goes back to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit so they can decide the Trump administration’s motion to block the order pending its appeal. If President Trump does not succeed here, he will probably take this to the full Supreme Court for a decision.
