April 13, 2026 – Tulare County Sheriff’s Office officials report that at around 1:15 a.m. on April 12, 2026, TCSO Deputies were called to the 19000 Block of Road 196 in Strathmore, for a shooting victim.

When they arrived, Deputies found a man who had been shot and immediately began CPR. Emergency Medical Services and Tulare County Fire personnel arrived shortly after and took over life saving measures. Unfortunately the victim died from his injuries.

TCSO Homicide Detectives have taken over the investigation.
