April 27, 2026 – Mariposa County Library officials announce that early this week, the San Joaquin Valley Library System will be conducting some work on our database, and it will have some impacts to library users, particularly on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Users will not be able to use some of our services, such as our online e-payment portal, or our ValleyCat catalog for a few minutes. The plan on Tuesday and Wednesday is to begin shutting off the services around 7:15 a.m., and if everything goes smoothly, it should take 30 minutes or less.
