The property owner, who was out of the area at the time, observed multiple individuals exit a vehicle and approach the residence via his home surveillance system. The subjects, later identified as Caesare Avila, 44, of Sacramento; Salomon Barrera, 28, of Sacramento; Odalis Aralymunoz Gonzalez, 33, of Sacramento; and Lindsey Gwartney, 37, of Roseville, were seen removing surveillance cameras from the residence and a nearby shed.

The homeowner’s quick thinking and prompt action in reviewing and providing footage details directly to dispatch greatly supported the initial investigative steps in this case.
