July 7, 2026 – Fresno County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner’s Office needs the public’s help locating relatives of 42-year-old Alejandro Gallardo of Fresno.

On July 1, 2026, a vehicle struck and killed Gallardo as he was walking in the area of Highway 99 and Olive Avenue in Fresno.

Staff at the Coroner’s Office have searched numerous personal records, but their attempts to contact family members have been unsuccessful. Locating immediate family members is a necessary process in order for the Coroner’s Unit to release the body and allow the person to have a proper burial.
