Burglary Suspect Arrested Following Pursuit 

August 10, 2026 – Clovis Police Department officials report that a commercial burglary suspect remained in jail as of Sunday morning after he was arrested on Saturday following a short pursuit. On Saturday just after 3:00 P.M., a Clovis Police Officer in the area of Temperence and Herndon recognized a wanted burglary suspect on a pocket motorcycle and tried to pull him over. The suspect sped away into a neighborhood where he crashed and was taken into custody.

The suspect has been identified as 34-year-old Toms Daigneault and remains in jail as of Sunday morning for burglary of a senior citizen apartment complex, evading officers, and possession of methamphetamine.
