At-Risk Missing Person 

September 24, 2026 – Modesto Police Department officials report that they are asking for the community’s help locating Gilberto Ortega Hertado, an elderly 89-year-old at-risk missing person.

Gilberto was last seen leaving his residence near El Paso Avenue at approximately 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. He was wearing a blue hoodie, gray camouflage shirt, green pants, and blue shoes.
