“No family in my district or across the nation deserves to have their food access stripped away because of the Administration’s reckless back-and-forth decisions, which is what the federal appeals court ruled today. In the richest nation in the world, it is outrageous that we would use food for political negotiations,” said Congressman Costa.
“As I’ve stated before, they have had both the resources and the authority, given to by Congress, to fully fund SNAP for November. The Administration must pay now the full SNAP benefits for November to keep food on the table for hardworking families.”
